Hello, my name is Greg, and I am excited to announce my candidacy for the Highlands Recreation District Board. As a proud member of this community and a parent of two young children attending the Early Education Center (EEC), I am committed to ensuring that our district remains a vibrant, supportive place for all families.

With over 16 years of experience as a registered Professional Engineer and a registered Municipal Financial Advisor, I have dedicated my career to delivering impactful infrastructure projects and providing transparent financial guidance for public agencies. I want to bring that expertise to our Recreation District by focusing on the needs of our community today and planning for the generations to come.
Vision for the Board

Transitional Kindergarten (TK) Class Accommodation: Expanding our educational offerings by establishing a dedicated space for TK classes, ensuring our children have access to the resources they need for a strong start.

Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan: Developing a comprehensive plan to enhance our recreational facilities and infrastructure, addressing both current needs and future growth.

Strategic Plan: Implementing a sustainable strategy to fund and finance the Capital Improvement Plan, balancing fiscal responsibility with community enhancements.

Transparency and Accountability: Creating a clear, accessible budget and reporting system, so residents know exactly how their tax dollars are being used to improve our community.
